CoreMotion Policies

Our Terms & Conditions

Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. We will try to timely update our website with class and schedule changes.

We do not accept cash or checks. We accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard. All of our classes must be prepaid. You can sign up for class on our website, www.coremotionstudios.com, or stop by or call our front desk at (203) 292-5073.

You must purchase a single class or series in advance in order to reserve a class. You can purchase a single class or a series by creating a MindBody account and choosing a single class or the class package that works best for you. Keep in mind that single classes and class packages expire and that future prices are subject to change. Please read the package descriptions carefully so that you understand redeem your class or class package.

All sales are final! Our classes are non-refundable and there are no transfers or exchanges.

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 12 hours before the start of class, that class will be credited back to your account and you may use it at a future time. If you do not cancel within that 12-hour window, your class will be forfeited. If there is an open, walk-in position for a class that same day, you are welcome to take that spot. But we can’t make any guarantees that will happen!

To cancel a class, log into the MindBody system, go to My Info, click on My Schedule and then click Cancel next to the class time. If you have any questions or encounter any difficulties canceling a class, please call us at (203) 292-5073 or email us at hello@coremotionstudios.com.

If a class you’d like to take is full, you can put yourself on the waitlist. You will have to purchase a class or class package to do this. If you do not receive a place from the waitlist, you will keep that class credit. If a spot opens, you will receive an email confirmation.

Waitlist positions are also subject to the 12-hour cancellation policy even if you’re added to a spot at the last minute!
So if you no longer want a spot on the waitlist, please make sure to remove yourself from the waitlist 12 hours before the start of class. Waitlists close 12 hours prior to the start of the class.

If you are placed in class from the waitlist and fail to remove yourself in time, you will lose that class credit. You can check your waitlist status by logging into your MindBody account, going into My Info and clicking on My Schedule. If you got into class, it will say “Waitlist Unconfirmed.” If you do not want this spot, make sure to remove yourself or contact us for help!

We do not offer a monthly, unlimited membership. We do, however, offer several different class packages.

We do not offer any childcare services in the studio.

Teens are welcome to take class. However, a parent or legal guardian must accompany the teen to his or her first class and sign a waiver in person in the studio.

For your safety, we recommend that you wear grippy socks to class. We have socks available for purchase in the studio.
